Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your InshaLove account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the InshaLove app and go to your Profile.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm by tapping "Delete permanently".

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

privacy@insha.love

Please include the following in your email:

• Your full name as shown on your profile
• The email address associated with your account

We will process your request and delete your account within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information: name, date of birth, gender, religion, ethnicity, height, relationship goals, and all other profile details
• Profile photos: all images you have uploaded
• Messages and voice recordings: all chat history and voice messages
• Matches and likes: all connections and interactions
• Location data: any stored location information from the Nearby feature

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. However, residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

Subscription purchase records managed by Google Play or Apple are subject to their respective data retention policies and are not affected by account deletion in InshaLove.
