Child Safety Standards

InshaLove is committed to creating a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) on our platform.

1. Age Requirement

InshaLove is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or access the platform.

Users are required to provide their date of birth during registration.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted.
Any user who misrepresents their age will be banned from the platform.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

InshaLove maintains a zero tolerance policy against any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA)
Grooming or predatory behavior towards minors
Any content that sexualizes minors in any form

Any user found violating this policy will be immediately and permanently banned, and all relevant data will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

3.1 In-App Reporting

Users can report suspicious or inappropriate profiles and content directly within the app:

Navigate to the profile or chat of the user you wish to report.
Tap the menu icon and select "Report profile".
Choose the appropriate reason (e.g., "Inappropriate content").
The report will be submitted for immediate review.

3.2 Reporting via Email

Reports regarding child safety concerns can also be submitted directly via email:

safety@insha.love

Please include as much detail as possible, such as the username or profile in question and a description of the concerning behavior or content.

3.3 Blocking

Users can immediately block any profile to prevent further contact. Blocked users can no longer send messages or interact with the reporting user.

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

All user reports are reviewed promptly by our team.
Content that violates our child safety policy is removed immediately upon detection.
Accounts found to be in violation are permanently banned without prior warning.
Profile photos and content are subject to review to prevent the distribution of harmful material.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

InshaLove cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and national authorities in investigations related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. We will:

Report confirmed CSAM or CSEA content to the relevant national and regional authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
Preserve and provide relevant data in response to valid legal requests.
Proactively report any suspected criminal activity involving minors.
