Terms of Service

Welcome to InshaLove ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InshaLove mobile application (the "App"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
The App is intended for individuals who are genuinely seeking marriage. It is not intended for casual dating or entertainment purposes.
You must not have been previously banned from the App or convicted of a crime that makes you a danger to other users.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information in your profile, including your name, age, and photos.
You may create only one account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

4. Code of Conduct

InshaLove is a respectful community. When using the App, you agree that you will not:

Harass, threaten, insult, or abuse other users in any way
Create fake profiles or impersonate another person
Use photos that do not show you, or that you do not have the right to use
Send sexually explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content
Use the App for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
Request money or financial information from other users
Share other users' personal information, messages, or photos outside the App without their consent
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the App
Attempt to bypass safety features, moderation, or access restrictions

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning, at our sole discretion.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you post on the App, including photos, profile texts, and messages ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing your profile to potential matches).
You confirm that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
We may review, moderate, and remove User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional paid features and subscriptions ("Premium"). Prices and included features are displayed in the App before purchase.
All purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Consumable purchases (for example, profile boosts) are used immediately and are non-refundable once consumed.

7. Wali Feature

The App offers an optional Wali feature that allows you to invite a guardian or trusted person ("Wali") to accompany your conversations.
If you enable this feature, your Wali may be able to view your chats with matches. Both you and the Wali must actively agree to this arrangement.
You are responsible for choosing a Wali you trust. We are not responsible for the conduct of a Wali you invite.

8. Safety and Reporting

You can block and report other users at any time through the App. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
We do not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on our users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Always exercise caution when communicating with people you do not know, and never share financial information. When meeting in person, meet in public places and inform someone you trust.
Our Child Safety Standards are described here. We have zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App under Settings, or as described on our account deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if your behaviour endangers other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that other users will behave as described in their profiles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InshaLove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes damages resulting from the conduct of other users, both online and offline. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
